7-34-2152: Petition to annex land.

A petition signed by 10% or more of the freeholders within the territory proposed to be annexed or by a majority of such freeholders if there are less than 25 residing within the area proposed to be annexed, designating the boundaries of such contiguous territory proposed to be annexed and asking that it be annexed to said public hospital district, shall be presented to the board of county commissioners of the county in which said public hospital district is situated.
