7-35-2143: Recording of instruments of appointment of trustees of fund.

All instruments of appointment of a trustee or of a board of trustees of such funds shall be recorded with the secretary of the public cemetery district establishing the fund and shall also be filed in the office of the clerk of the district court in the county in which such public cemetery district is located.
