7-4-2520: Misconduct concerning official fees to result in vacancy of office.

Upon receiving a certified copy of the record of conviction of any officer for receiving illegal fees or upon proof that the officer collected fees and failed to account for the fees, the board of county commissioners must declare the office vacant and appoint a successor.
