7-4-2622: Availability of records.

All books or records, maps, charts, surveys, and other papers on file in the county clerk's office must be open during office hours for the inspection of any person who may desire to inspect them and may be inspected without charge. The county clerk shall arrange the books of record and indexes in the office in suitable places that facilitate their inspection.
