7-5-4322: Election notice -- ballot form.

(1) Notice of the election must be provided in accordance with 13-1-108. The notice must state the time and place of holding the election, the character of any franchise applied for, and the valuable consideration, if there is any, to be derived by the city.

(2) At the election, the ballots must contain the words "For granting franchise" and "Against granting franchise".
