7-6-1540: Resort area district -- certificate of incorporation from secretary of state.

Within 10 days of receiving a copy of the resolution described in 7-6-1539, the secretary of state shall issue a certificate stating that the resort area district has been established under the laws of the state of Montana. The secretary of state shall file a copy of the certificate with the clerk and recorder in each county in which the resort area district is located.
