7-6-4410: Property tax record to be furnished to certain municipalities.

On or before the first Monday in August of each year, the department of revenue shall furnish a certified copy of the property tax record to all cities of the third class and towns within each county that make written request for the record on or before the first Monday in April of each year. The property tax record must pertain to property within the limits of the requesting cities and towns.
