7-7-2252: Publication of notice of sale of bonds.

If a county conducts a public sale, the board of county commissioners shall publish notice of the bond sale in the official newspaper of the county as provided in 17-5-106. The board may in its discretion publish the notice or a summary of the notice in any financial newspapers published in the city of New York or Chicago.
