7-7-2263: Interest on late payments of principal and interest on bonds held by state.

Any and all installments of interest or principal on bonds held by the state and not promptly paid at the office of the state treasurer when due shall draw interest at the rate of 6% per annum from the date due until actually paid, irrespective of the rate of interest on the bonds themselves.
