7-7-4213: Citizen bonds -- procedure when issue not fully subscribed.

If an entire issue of unsubscribed bonds is not fully subscribed during the period of time that the city or town has set for the sale of the bonds, the citizen bonds may be sold in the manner permitted for other municipal general obligation bonds.
