7-7-4263: Interest on late payments of principal and interest.

Any and all installments of interest or principal of bonds issued under the provisions of this part not promptly paid when due shall draw interest at the rate of 6% per annum from the date due until actually paid, irrespective of the rate of interest on the bonds themselves.
