7-7-4301: Authorization to issue refunding general obligation bonds.

The city or town council may contract an indebtedness on behalf of a city or town, upon the credit of the city or town, by issuing bonds for the funding of outstanding warrants and maturing bonds when there are not sufficient funds available to pay the outstanding warrants or maturing bonds or when there is a reduction in debt service as a result of refunding pursuant to 7-7-4304.
