7-7-4312: Disposition of proceeds of refunding bonds.

Whenever bonds are issued for the purpose of funding outstanding warrants or refunding outstanding bonds, it shall be the duty of the city treasurer or town clerk to apply the proceeds derived from the sale of such bonds to the payment of such funded warrants or refunded bonds.
