70-23-803: Damage to property -- decision not to repair or rebuild -- removal from chapter.

If within 60 days after the date of the damage to or destruction of all or part of the property the association of unit owners does not decide to repair, reconstruct, or rebuild, the property shall be considered removed from the provisions of this chapter.
