71-1-235: Instruments -- negotiability and remedies.

Nothing in this part shall be deemed to affect the negotiability of an instrument, and nothing in this part shall be deemed to limit remedies otherwise available to the purchaser of a promissory note secured by a mortgage unless such purchaser at the time of purchase had notice that the note was so secured.
