72-5-638: Transitional provision.

(1) This part applies to guardianship and protective proceedings begun on or after October 1, 2009.

(2) Sections 72-5-601 through 72-5-606, 72-5-624, 72-5-625, 72-5-629 through 72-5-631, 72-5-636, and 72-5-637 apply to proceedings begun before October 1, 2009, regardless of whether a guardianship or protective order has been issued.
