A laboratory analysis of water taken from a public water supply system or any report of an analysis required by this part or a rule adopted under this part may not be accepted by the department unless the analysis or report is made by the department of public health and human services' laboratory or by a laboratory licensed by the department of public health and human services for water analysis purposes.
