76-1-602: Public hearing on proposed growth policy.

(1) Prior to the submission of the proposed growth policy to the governing bodies, the board shall give notice and hold a public hearing on the growth policy.

(2) The board shall publish a notice of the time and place of the hearing as provided in 7-1-2121 if the governing body is a county commission or as provided in 7-1-4127 for a time period in accordance with 7-1-4127(7)(b) if the governing body is a city commission or a town council.
