As used in this part, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise, the following definitions apply:
(1) "Board" means the board of land commissioners.
(2) "Department" means the department of natural resources and conservation. (Terminates June 30, 2027--sec. 10, Ch. 374, L. 2017.)
