80-1-204: Penalty for refusal to furnish statistics.

Any farm owner, operator, or renter refusing to furnish the information called for in 80-1-201, or willfully furnishing fraudulent information to the department of revenue, upon proper request therefor, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof shall be fined in a sum not less than $10 or more than $100, and cost of prosecution.
