80-15-218: Notice to buyer.

A person who sells agricultural land that is subject to the provisions of a specific agricultural chemical ground water management plan shall provide the buyer with written notice about the buyer's obligations under the plan and shall forward a copy of the notice to the department. The department is not responsible for enforcement of this section.
