80-2-101: Trust assets of rural rehabilitation corporation -- department of agriculture designated to make application.

The department of agriculture is designated as the department of Montana state government to apply to the secretary of agriculture of the United States or any other proper federal official under Public Law 499, 81st congress, approved May 3, 1950, for the return of the trust assets, either funds or property, held by the United States as trustee in behalf of the Montana rural rehabilitation corporation.
