80-5-510: Administration of fees.

Filing fees and reimbursed costs must be deposited in the seed account established in 80-5-132 for the purpose of funding costs of investigation and alternative dispute resolution. Funds deposited under this section are to pay actual expenses incurred by the department to administer the alternative dispute resolution program provided for in this part.
