81-2-602: Report of sales or distribution.

A person, firm, or corporation that has secured permission from the department to sell or distribute tuberculin for animal use in this state shall, on the same day it sells, furnishes, or supplies tuberculin, report in writing to the department the name and address of the person and a statement of the amount of tuberculin supplied to the person.
