82-10-102: Remedy not exclusive.

The remedy provided for in 82-10-101 is in the nature of a special remedy additional to and not a substitute for other remedies given by law to owners of royalties in lands of the character specified, and all acts or parts of acts in conflict with the provisions of 82-10-101 shall not apply in actions authorized and provided for by that section.
