82-10-203: Interference with normal use of land prohibited.

In the event such real property is held or used for a specific purpose, any lease made under the provisions of this part shall contain such protective provisions as may be necessary to prevent any interference by the lessee with the normal use of such real property for such purpose by the county, city, town, school district, or incorporated political subdivision.
