82-2-209: Appeal from assessment of damages.

An appeal from the assessment of damages made by the commissioners may be taken to the district court by any party interested at any time within 10 days after the filing of the report of the commissioners. A written notice of appeal must be filed with the clerk and served upon the opposite party.
