82-2-426: Smelters -- penalty for violation.

Any person or corporation operating any sampling works or smelter within this state who shall violate any of the provisions of 82-2-423 and 82-2-424 shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction shall be punished by a fine not less than $50 or more than $100.
