85-6-106: Vacancies in board of directors.

In case of a vacancy in the board of directors from any cause, the board shall fill such vacancy by appointment to hold to the end of that fiscal year, and a director shall be elected at the annual election in the district where such vacancy occurs to fill the unexpired term of such vacancy.
