85-7-1614: Board of control -- office and records.

The board of control is hereby authorized and empowered to establish an office in one of the contracting districts; to hold its proceedings therein; and to keep on file all necessary petitions, papers, minutes, documents, or other instruments belonging to the board of control and the contracting districts.
