87-4-501: Authorization for licenses, permits, rules, and regulations.

The department is hereby authorized and empowered to issue operating licenses or permits for shooting preserves, which may be privately owned and operated, and to make such rules and regulations as may be necessary and proper in carrying out the purposes of this part.
