90-1-146: Information coordination.

(1) The department shall encourage and invite the federal government, local governments, other political subdivisions, local economic development corporations, and private financial institutions to make lending information available to the department of commerce.

(2) The department may, when practical, provide persons with information from other lenders when requested.
