90-4-311: Obligations of state and local executives.

To protect the public welfare during conditions of energy alerts or emergencies, the chief executive of each political subdivision of the state, including local governments with self-government power, and each state agency shall carry out in its jurisdiction such energy supply alert or energy emergency measures as may be ordered by the governor.
