N.C. Gen. Stat. § 106-559.1: Basis of vote on milk product assessment.

Notwithstanding any other provision of this Article, any milk product assessment referendum conducted pursuant to this Article shall be conducted on the basis of one vote per base holder. (1981, c. 216, s. 2; 2023-63, s. 5.4(b).)
