N.C. Gen. Stat. § 127A-53: Manual for Courts-Martial.

Trials and proceedings by all courts and boards shall be in accordance with the Manual for Courts-Martial, United States, as shall be currently in use by the Armed Forces of the United States, except as modified by this Chapter.
