N.C. Gen. Stat. § 130A-213: Consultation with the Advisory Committee on Cancer Coordination and Control.

In implementing this Part, the Department shall consult with the Advisory Committee on Cancer Coordination and Control established by G.S. 130A-33.50. Any proposed rules or reports affecting the operation of the cancer control program shall be reviewed by the Committee for comment prior to adoption.
