N.C. Gen. Stat. § 130A-309.207: General rulemaking for Part.

The Environmental Management Commission shall adopt rules as necessary to implement the provisions of the Part. Such rules shall be exempt from the requirements of G.S. 150B-19.3. (2014-122, s. 3(a); 2025-25, s. 29(6).)
