N.C. Gen. Stat. § 143-215.125A: Annual fee.

The Department shall charge permittees an annual fee of eighty-nine dollars ($89.00) per permitted megawatt of capacity payable on or before September 1 for the previous fiscal year to be applied to the costs of administering this Article. The Department may charge a late fee of eighty-nine dollars ($89.00) per month per permit for every month or partial month that payment of the annual operating fee is delinquent.
