Stat. § 143-215.22I: Repealed by Session Laws 2007-518, s. 2, effective August 31, 2007, and applicable to any petition for a certificate for a transfer of surface water from one river basin to another river basin for which preparation of an environmental assessment or an environmental impact statement has begun on or after August 31, 2007.
