N.C. Gen. Stat. § 143B-284: Environmental Management Commission - officers.

The Environmental Management Commission shall have a chairman and a vice-chairman elected by and from the members of the Commission and shall serve for a term of two years or until the expiration of their regularly appointed terms whichever comes first. (1973, c. 1262, s. 21; 2023-136, s. 2.1(b).)
