N.C. Gen. Stat. § 18B-211: Special purchase allowance limitation.

The Commission shall notify industry members and local boards at least 60 days in advance of the effective date of an approved retail price reduction for a spirituous liquor product. The price of the spirituous liquor for local boards shall be reduced only for the 30 days that the approved retail price reduction is in effect. (2024-41, s. 8(a).)
