N.C. Gen. Stat. § 34-18: Construction of Chapter.

Chapter 34. Veterans' Guardianship Act.

This Chapter shall be construed liberally to secure the beneficial intents and purposes thereof and shall apply only to beneficiaries of the Bureau. (1929, c. 33, s. 18.)
