N.C. Gen. Stat. § 58-50-415: Reversals of approval.

Except for Medicare claims, no auditing entity shall subject a pharmacy to reversals of approval for drug, prescriber, or patient eligibility upon adjudication of a claim unless the pharmacy obtained the adjudication by fraud or misrepresentation of claim elements.
