N.C. Gen. Stat. § 58-88-30: Administration costs.

The Association shall withhold twelve percent (12%) from the money received pursuant to G.S. 20-183.7(c) for the administration of the Fund. The Commissioner of Insurance, in consultation with the State Fire Marshal, shall withhold two percent (2%) from the money received pursuant to G.S. 20-183.7(c) for the administration of the Fund.
