N.C. Gen. Stat. § 90-124: Rules of Board; certain information to be made available.

Chapter 150B of the General Statutes governs the adoption of rules by the Board.

The Board shall make this Article, the Board rules, and a directory of optometrists available to each licensed optometrist.
