N.C. Gen. Stat. § 93A-51: Rulemaking authority.

The Commission shall have the authority to adopt rules and regulations that are not inconsistent with the provisions of this Article and the General Statutes of North Carolina. The Commission may prescribe forms and procedures for submitting information to the Commission. (1983, c. 814, s. 1; 2025-25, s. 29(6).)
