N.C. Gen. Stat. § 99C-7: (Effective October 1, 2026) Liability of ski area operator.

No ski area operator who has complied with G.S. 99C-2 shall be liable to any person who voluntarily participates in skiing for any damage or injury to property or persons that arises out of a person's participation in the activity that takes place in a ski area. (2026-49, s. 1(a).)
