N.D. Cent. Code § 15-52-22: Loan cancellation or suspension

The university may cancel any contract, or suspend or recall payments thereunder, if an applicant:

1.Fails in the applicant's course of study;

2.Withdraws from the school of medicine or dentistry the applicant is attending;

3.Is expelled or suspended by such school; or

4.Otherwise becomes a clearly unsuitable risk.
