N.D. Cent. Code § 18-03-04: Association to furnish bond

The North Dakota firefighter's association shall file with the office of the state fire marshal a bond in the penal sum of two thousand dollars conditioned for the faithful disposition of the funds distributed from the insurance regulatory trust fund for the use of the association to carry out this chapter.
