N.D. Cent. Code § 23-10-06.2: License transferability

The department shall transfer a license without charge if the proposed new owner applies in writing within thirty days of the date of sale for a transfer of the license and certifies that the mobile home park, recreational vehicle park, or campground will be operated in accordance with this chapter.
